Our Breakfast

Every morning our guests will be delighted by many homemade products, such as our jams of orange, kiwi, strawberries, tangerines and lemons, our sweets, biscuits and natural yoghurt.

A corner of salted meats and cheeses complete our buffet.

 Villa Tiziana  offers a pillow menu at the time of reservation and a good choice of products Gluten free at breakfast.

Our receipt

 

Torta di Mele light

  • 5 mele Golden
  • 270 g di farina tipo 00
  • 225 g di zucchero semolato
  • 3 uova medie
  • 100 ml di latte fresco intero
  • la scorza grattugiata di un limone bio
  • 2 cucchiaini di lievito per dolci

Per decorare:

  • zucchero di canna q.b.

Per imburrare:

  • burro q.b.
  • farina q.b.

La quantità di mele rende soffice e umida la torta così da non necessitare l'aggiunta di burro.

 

Cake Apple Ginger Choco

 

 

  • 4 apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 10 gr. yeast
  • 10g gingero
  • 300g flour
  • 100g natural yougurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g chocolate

Marmellade Orange Cinammon

 

 

  • 1kg Sicily Orange
  • 450 g Sugar
  • 1 lemon
